Plate-souvenir “St Valentine’s Day 2020 in Camogli“
It is now a tradition In Camogli to collect St Valentine’s Day plates-souvenirs.
This year a special artist created the decoration for the plates: the cartoonist Silver, famous for his clumsy, funny and generous wolf Alberto.
Not surprisingly the name of the plate-souvenir is “Two hearts, one henhouse”, to celebrate one of the nicest and funniest couples of all cartoons: wolf Alberto and his beloved chicken Marta.
How to get this plate?
That’s easy, you simply have to enjoy a romantic St Valentine’s dinner in one of the restaurants in town!
The plate will be offered in the restaurants from February 14th-16th 2020.

Love Poetry Exposition
Wandering around Camogli and its surroundings, holding hands, you can stop by and read an evocative poem.
The best 20 poems participating to the contest “Love Poetry Exposition“ will be printed out and exhibited in Camogli’s harbour as well as in small fractions of Ruta and San Rocco from February 08th – 16th 2020.
All of you can vote your favourite poem at the Info Point “St Valentine’s Day in Camogli” from Friday 14th h 15.30 until Sunday February 16th h 15.30.
Photography contest “I love Camogli”
The topic of the photo contest is “a sea of love”.
All the photographers participating have to take enlightenment from the sea and Camogli’s evocative atmosphere in order to take a shot representing romanticism.
The best photos will get one of the prizes that our hotel puts at stake!
1st place: 1 night stay at the Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi (on B&B basis)
2nd place: Dinner for two at the restaurant “Il Doge”
3rd place: Aperitif for two at our Bar – Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi
The award ceremony will take place on February 16th 2020.
The best 20 pictures will be matched to the 20 poems of the Love Poetry Exposition, creating a romantic itinerary in the very centre of Camogli: as a matter of fact, they will be placed in Via della Repubblica.
Hearts and Knots of Love
The seafront in Via al Molo, with its red hearts dancing right over the sea, has become one of Camogli’s most famous and photographed corners.
During St Valentine’s Days, the hearts will be distributed to all the lovers thanks to an ASCOT initiative.
If you as well would like to seal your love by writing your names or even promises on the wooden hearts, you have to collect them at “Maria Teressa di Micco’s” art studio.
Otherwise, on Saturday 09th, Sunday 10th and Thursday 14th February you can collect them at the St. Valenine‘s Info Point.
